Immerse yourself in sound and movement with seasoned international Chant artists and yoga teachers Johanna Beekman and Sherrie Howard. 

 Together they will create a safe container to explore sacred vocal practice, movement, and relaxation from the comfort of your own home. Nurture your mind, body and spirit through the practice of music, mantra, and yoga.

 Register below and you will receive a confirmation as well as the link to the event in your inbox. If you can't make it at the scheduled live time you can still register. 24 hours after the class you will receive an email with a recording of the session that will be available for 2 days.
